The guidance, advice and assistance I recieved was top notch and extremely professional. On top of that, Nancy was a total pleasure to work with and such a nice person.
I did not experience firsthand much of the job search service itself as I thankfully ended up finding a new job fairly quickly via a lead I found myself but they do have a tried and well developed process of publishing your CV and then working with you over time to fine tune the CV to achieve the desired results.

Govant sends the client to people within the company and passes the automatic filters. With the help of Gobant, I received calls from places that by themselves did not summon me because there was simply a robotic filter.
As soon as they advertise you, your phone doesn't stop ringing (real) and that's even more so when I don't specialize in front and react, js, etc... If you're dealing with front, just blow up your phones.
I was invited to places that didn't even want to hire a junior because they simply didn't need one and thanks to Govant they saw my potential and decided to start a process with me.
Places with 2+ years of experience also invited me and they knew I had no experience because they accepted the client and liked it (I remind you, an automatic filtering robot would have disqualified).
My current employer received my client in his email and was not looking for a junior. But in the end he caught me.

קודם כל מקום מקצועי, ידעו לכוון אותי נכון, לבנות את הקורות חיים ואיך להתנהל מול מעסיקים, אם זה בתחילת התהליך או בסוף.
בתור בוגר מכללה, הקורות חיים שלי לא עברו סינונים אוטומטיים וקיבלתי ראיונות רק ל 4 חברות בחודשיים. וזה כשיש לי ניסיון כמרצה למדמח והרבה פרויקטים מרשימים (חברים אחרים לא קיבלו אפילו זימון אחד).
גובהאנט שולח את הקוח יש לאנשים בתוך החברה ועובר את הסינונים האוטומטים. בעזרת גובהאנט קיבלתי טלפונים ממקומות שלבד לא זימנו אותי כי פשוט היה סינון רובוטי.
ברגע שהם מפרסמים אותך הטלפון שלך לא מפסיק לצ (אמיתי) וזה עוד כשאני לא מתמחה ב front ו react, js וכו'... אם אתם מתעסקים ב front פשט תתפוצצו בטלפונים.
זימנו אותי למקומות שאפילו לא רצו לגייס ג'וניור כי פשוט לא היו צריכים ובזכות גובהאנט ראו את הקוח שלי והחליטו להתחיל איתי תהליך.
מקומות עם 2+ שנים ניסיון גם זימנו אותי והם ידעו שאין לי ניסיון כי הם קיבלו את הקוח ואהבו (מזכיר לכם, רובוט סינון אוטומטי היה פוסל).
המעסיק העכשוי שלי קיבל את הקוח שלי במייל שלו ולא חיפש ג'וניור. אבל בסוף קלט אותי.

The first part of the service is working with you to update your resume, prepare a cover letter, update your LinkedIn profile. I worked with Nancy from JobHunt and she was EXCELLENT. The guidance, advice and assistance I recieved was top notch and extremely professional. On top of that, Nancy was a total pleasure to work with and such a nice person.
I did not experience firsthand much of the job search service itself as I thankfully ended up finding a new job fairly quickly via a lead I found myself but they do have a tried and well developed process of publishing your CV and then working with you over time to fine tune the CV to achieve the desired results.
